Snail Mucin Power Essence is the repair layer. It goes on first, on damp skin — a lightweight, water-based essence that rebuilds a damaged barrier, restores hydration without heaviness, and works on post-acne marks.

Skin Refiner is the treatment. Niacinamide with zinc to regulate oil, visibly refine pores, and calm active breakouts — layered over the essence, where it absorbs better and stings less.

How to use them together

Morning Cleanse → Snail Mucin Essence (3–4 drops, damp skin, pat in, wait 30 seconds) → Skin Refiner (2–3 drops) → moisturiser → sunscreen

Night Cleanse → Snail Mucin Essence → Skin Refiner → moisturiser

Essence always goes first — thinnest to thickest. Applying it to damp skin is what locks the hydration in.

What to expect

The essence lasts around 10–12 weeks, the serum around 8. Skincare is slow — anyone promising faster is selling you something else.

What it won't do

It won't clear cystic or hormonal acne on its own — that needs a dermatologist, and we'd rather say so than sell you something that won't work. It won't shrink pore size permanently; nothing does, that's genetics. And it won't lighten your natural skin colour. We don't make products that try to.

Questions

What's the difference between an essence and a serum? An essence is lighter and water-based — it goes on early to hydrate and prep. A serum is more concentrated and goes on after, to treat. Different steps, different jobs. That's why these two work together instead of competing.

Which one goes first? The essence. Always. Thinnest to thickest, on damp skin.

Is the snail mucin halal? Yes. The filtrate is collected without harming the snails and contains no prohibited animal-derived substances. It's the first question we get, and it deserves a straight answer.

Will it be sticky in this weather? No. The essence absorbs in seconds and the serum is lightweight — this is the single thing customers mention most.

Can I use this if I'm already using something else? Yes, but introduce them one at a time, a few days apart, so you know what's working.

Do I still need moisturiser if my skin is oily? Yes. Skipping it makes oil worse, not better.
